How long does it take for my item(s) to ship once purchased?

We will ship your item(s) as quickly as possible however please allow for 3-5 days for processing and other 3-5 days for shipping. In all, please anticipate receiving your item(s) 6-10 days from the order date.

When can I expect to receive my tracking number?

As soon as the order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow for 3-5 days for tracking information.

How much is shipping? How is it determined?

If your order is under $50, we charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95. Size, weight or distance doesn’t matter as long as it’s within the United States of America. If your order size is over $50 (excluding any taxes), shipping is on us!

What happens if my package is lost, stolen or contains incomplete or incorrect shipping information?

If this happens, please contact us immediately via email -- info@insanefans.com -- and we will do our very best in helping to correct this matter. Please note, there are no guaranties we will be able to assist with any changes once an order is submitted. Once an order is ship, you may have to work directly with the shipping carrier for any redirects or any lost or stolen claims.

Is it possible for an order to be backorder? If so, what happens?

While try our very best to monitor the inventory levels and remove items currently not in stock, sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged before we know it! In these rare occasions, we will notify as soon as possible and try our best to provide an estimated ship date. You will have the option to either wait until the product is back in stock or receive an immediate refund.

Why didn’t all of my items ship together?

We use manufacturer direct as our primary shipping method. We work with a wide range of vendors and an order contain items across different vendors, each vendor will ship the item on their shipping schedule. If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent. Only one shipping fee will be charged and as items become available for shipment they will be delivered with the shipping method selected.
